These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of the app "GPS TA" (the "App"). By using the App you are deemed to have accepted these Terms.
Some features of the App require you to sign in. You are responsible for managing your own account.
You represent that you hold the rights necessary for any content you publish, such as routes. You may not post content that breaks the law or public decency, infringes the rights of others, or encourages dangerous driving.
You may not post inappropriate or unlawful content, harass other users, or interfere with the operation of the App. Posts that break these rules may be removed without notice, and the account may be suspended.
The App provides timing and related features, but obeying traffic law and driving safely remain your own responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damage arising from use of the App.
The App offers a paid plan that unlocks additional features. The price and term are shown in the App before purchase, and payment is charged to your store account (App Store / Google Play) at the time of purchase.
The monthly and yearly plans renew automatically. Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, the plan renews for the same term at the same price, and the renewal fee is charged at that point. You can cancel at any time from your store account settings, and you keep access until the end of the period already paid for. No refund is given for the remainder of a period cancelled partway through. The lifetime plan does not renew.
Where a free trial is offered, it turns into the paid plan automatically unless you cancel before it ends. Refunds follow the store's own rules. The operator may change prices; changes affecting an existing subscription are announced in advance and follow the store's procedures.
These Terms may be revised as needed. Significant changes will be announced in the App or by similar means.
